Graphic Design Brief

I require a logo for an apartment block that is located near the beach.
Logo to read :
Salt
Apartments
I would like for the word apartments to sit under the word "salt".
Logo will be placed in front of the apartment block and advertised on a website.
The look of the apartments are modern .have posted a few files of text that I would prefer. The colour yellow in 'lanna' logo is a favourite.
I like just yellows or just blues -not both together. Grey is also well liked.
