Card Design Brief

I need a Holiday (Christmas) card with a Texas theme. The client is a graduate of University of Texas so a longhorn would be awesome if it could be incorporated.

Anything Texan or Western would work...

Preferred final size would be a panel size of 8.5 x 5.5 but am open to options on size. The card must fit in a standard size envelope and must not exceed a flat size of 13 x 19 including bleeds.
