All brochures must have a similar layout and style reflecting common branded services. The designer should make styling recommendations which will be also be used as the basis of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint templates to be used by CoolHarbour employees. CoolHarbour will commission 2 separate projects via DesignCrowd for the Word and PowerPoint templates respectively.
Each of the 5 service brochures shall be designed as a single A4 double sided sheet (i.e. 2 sides) to the following specification:
1. Typical problem statement.
2. Your project, our approach
3. When to partner with us
4. What can we offer you?
5. Our track record
6. One or more diagrams describing the service and/or proposition. CoolHarbour will provide draft diagrams to illustrate service/proposition concepts (for the purpose of information only) however the designer will need to provide their own professional diagrams for use in the brochures to bring the narrative and propositions to life.
7. The designer should consider use of call out boxes to bring concepts to life based on the recommendations by the copyrighter.
The Company overview brochure shall be an A4 2-page double-sided sheet (i.e. 4 sides) and shall have a similar styling to the service brochures. The Company overview will be a summarised composition of CoolHarbour and it’s services. The Designer shall also provide diagrams to illustrate how the services are related as a suite of propositions.
The design provider will be required to work with the Copy Righter to ensure that the copy righter’s narrative and brochure designs are aligned with any of their outputs.
Intellectual Rights and Copyrights for all content and documents for this project will reside with CoolHarbour. The designer shall ensure that all necessary data, image and document files are provided to CoolHarbour so that we can:
• Print the brochures by sending to the printer;
• Distribute the brochures to our clients in electronic form
• Edit the files ourselves to update the brochures and images
PLEASE NOTE: I have uploaded my Programme Delivery brochure text with comments for the Copyrighter and Designer. My complete set of concept diagrams for the designer have now also been uploaded.
I would like to see how the completed Programme Delivery brochure would look like with diagrams included using your version of Figure 3.1.
I will be choosing the designer based on the brochure design and their creativity on implementing one of my diagrams (i.e. figure 3.1) this will give me confidence that they are able to develop other initial diagram concepts into something good.
