Project says Job Type Web Design (Uncoded - PSD layout only)
The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only - not full site designed or backend or wordpress integrated for this low budget

Honestly, I don't because I am pretty open to different types of designs. I do think that lots of color is good as long as they don't conflict with one another.

I have a GoDaddy webpage that is supposed to be easily customizable. I do not know how much work is required on the back end though as I am not that tech savvy.
