Could you provide me with a little more detail on the content of the certificates? Also, do you have pictures of these properties that you want depicted on the certificates?

Investment Certificate would be the title. I will add the verbiage but it is to commemorate people investing into real estate transactions. These people invest $25,000 per share into the investment and buy as much as 50 shares each. I want this as a gift piece (which I will frame) of art to comemorate their investment.

I will upload some real estate photos to use. I would like them to look like the vignette's of stock certificates which are black and white (or other colors)etchings (technically) but conversion to pencil drawings would work as well.

The words to use...(I wish I could think of more to say)
