I noticed in the written brief, it says you like the look of Facebook's icon design, but in the 'Look and Feel" section, it says you'd rather it be more feminine than masculine. I've always considered Facebook's design to be quite masculine, so could you possibly clarify what you mean when you say it should be a little on the feminine side?
