Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a company based in Southern Connecticut called "Early Literacy Labs" We are a multifaceted educational business. We provide private one-on-one tutoring and enrichment in the areas of reading and writing for students in grades K-3.
We also offer preschool literacy consulting services to private preschools We work with directors, teachers and staff to strengthen and enhance current reading curriculum.
Our website currently uses shade of red similar to terra cotta that works well.
The final design should communicate kid-friendly without being cutesy
