Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a friendly, family owned toy shop in South Afirca. The store retails educational, traditional toys and games for children under the age of 10. These include wooden puzzles and games, educational books, soft toys, arts and crafts etc.
I would like the use of bright colours. I have "toyed" with the idea or a brand character but it is not a prerequisite. Key concepts would be Friendly, Laughter, Fun, Tickles, Toys, Happy, Wood, Vibrant.

Target Market(s)

Moms and Dad's buying toys as gifts or for their own child. Discerning parents who value quality. The focus will be on quality educational toys with some unique one off products.
