Hi, what payment system do you want to have?

I just need for one of the pages to be a payment page. On that page there would be a login username/password. Then the page that the user sees after logging in should be just an empty page, (background should be formatted same as the general theme of the website.

My bank will set up ACH payment system on this page, the bank however needs the website to be up and running for them to set up this system.

Logo: There is no logo, the name of the company is NHCT Properties written in Century Gothic Font.
Navigation: I am not sure what you mean, we are looking for a simple horizontal navigation menu.
