Logo Design Brief

This is a request for the third logo in a series produced by DesignCrowd designers.

The third "record label" logo we need now is Oberon

Oberon will be a series of two recording studio monitor speakers. This series is between Sceptre and Eris in the PreSonus range.

Each of these three designs is intended to resemble a vintage record label. I have attached the two finalists from last time. As you can see, we chose designs that resembled 1940 - 1960 record labels rather than 1920's and 19 30's 78 RPM records.
We would prefer Oberon entries not to be red or green for obvious reasons. Since the logo will ultimately be used in one-color for silk screening, we prefer a single-color. Coarse gradients are possible as long as you consider that the logo will be used in sizes ranging from 2.0 to 20 cm.

Like the other two, Oberon is intended to resemble a vintage record label. For examples, visit Google Images and search for "vintage record labels 45".

If you research Oberon you will discover that he was prince of the fairies in medieval and Renaissance literature. We're not sure whether is is a good or a bad thing, but we're fairly sure we don't want a logo with fairies in it!

I was remiss in not responding with comments as we received entries last time. I will better use the tools DesignCrowd provides and try to give guidance to all that talent out there.
