The current budget suffices for 2 pages psd design with CSS only - not full site designed and / or CSS coded or joomla or backend integrated....
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

Hello - i'm sorry i'm a bit inexperienced in both briefing design and using this site, so maybe i'm not on the right track. I do ultimately need a functioning site, but i thought i could pursue that once the design was approved. Can that happen? Or would i have to pursue the coding side with someone else?
