Web Design Brief

I need to get a fresh look on my current website. It is not currently a Wordpress site and i need to build a whole new site that i can do my editing in using Wordpress.
I need it built in a mobile or responsive theme.
There will be a secured application page which is critical.
I have 3 books written so i want to be able to have advertising spaces for promoting them and a landing page ( I can build my own landing pages)
I need the frame work of a professional theme with easy editing capabilities.
I have my own LOGOs which i would continue to use. The current site can be reviewed at www.maxmort.ca.
The front page could have a young couple near a nice house, open to suggestions.
I don't need a blog post to update but if it was on the sides of the pages I could use it. Something like a "Latest News" section.
I would like to have a Main page, Application Page, Resource page, Contact page, Calculator Page, a questions and answer page. Theses can be populated with the current information or I can add latter.
I want the main page to be a mini sales page so I can link to Posts on First Time Home Buyers, Refinance Options, Second Home or New purchase options.
I provide mortgages for people across Canada so i want the Canadian Flag incorporated
I like the colors to work with the logo colors on the current site
