Web Design Brief

We need a mobile front page and web site for a new company based in New Jersey. We develop innovative mobile applications for consumers and physicians. Our initial product DxTerms is Mai-App DxTerms - a cross reference between multiple clinical terminologies. We would like to see designs. We need images to show ICD9-ICD10 translation, Snomed code translation, APP logo design and 2-3 pages in the web to sign-up and collect payments. The final design should communicate reliable and irrefutable health information. Current logo is attached.

Unlike ICD-9, ICD-10 is more descriptive and specific which means big changes for providers, coders, and billing staff alike. ‘MAI-APP DxTerms’ helps reduce stress and increase your diagnosis coding accuracy. MAI-APP is available on Android and iPhone platforms. The cross-reference databases are stored on the cloud and quarterly updates ensure that the information is current.

There are 3 separate versions – starter with only icd9to10 ($24.99 per year) and icd10to9, professional with 3 more features and treatments/disease info, etc.($49.99 per year), Business with all of the above, ability to create favorites list and links to genomics databases($99.99) per year.

Key features of MAI-APP DxTerms include:

• Use a search term or ICD-10-CM code, to get mapping advise related to additional codes to be added, etc.
• Use a search term or ICD-9-CM code, to crosswalk between ICD-9-CM codes and their ICD-10-CM equivalents.
• Use a search term or ICD-10-CM code, to crosswalk between ICD-10-CM codes and their ICD-9-CM equivalents.
• Use a search term or SnoMed-CM code, to crosswalk between SnoMed, ICD-10-CM codes and their ICD-9-CM equivalents.
• For patients with multiple signs and symptoms treated in an encounter, determine the APG that maximizes your payments for a community clinic [Applies only to states where APG is used like New York, etc.].

To summarize, MAIAPP DxTerms is a handy cross reference tool that helps providers in the ICD9-ICD10 transition efforts and continuing medical education (not used for continuing medical education in the US). The app is available on Android and iOS devices for a minimal fee and based on Volume Licenses. The App is being enhanced to provide information about treatments (clinical and diagnostic labs), medications (including medications currently in the pipeline) and diet so that it can be targeted towards patients.
