Logo Design Brief

I need a logo created for my business. The name of my business is called 'Lights On A Hill'. The logo should be designed with this verse in mind: “You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden” (Matt. 5:14). My vision is to have a look of rolling hills with various lights shining and dispersed throughout the hilltops. With a cross either on the hill, or a cross inserted as the “t” in the title word “LighTs.”. Looking to incorporate a nighttime background in midnight blue, with light 'sparkles' on the hill in yellow tones. One idea could also include illuminating the cross or 't' in the word lights.
