We're a small nonprofit reuse center for home improvement supplies. We pick up donations of unwanted and salvaged building materials throughout the metro DC region. Then, we make the building materials available to the public at low cost, and provide vintage materials for restoring old homes. We also offer public education about reuse, and distribute free supplies to local nonprofits and neighbors in need.
Our free annual event, This Old Warehouse, is a old-timey fall festival that celebrates all things vintage (architectural salvage, restoring historic homes, antique appraisal, etc).
We're looking for a rackcard design for this year's event that will be used to invite the general public to our event. We usually prefer to stay away from photography in our flyers (as it can look very "stock image" cheesy), but we're interested in seeing any proposals you have.
Attached is the approved wording for our rackcard.

Requirements
Must have
- Copy is preapproved and must be used exactly.
- Size of rackcard must be 5x7 inches. But can be landscape or portrait.
Nice to have
- See reference files for colors desired - these photos are for color suggestions, they're not intended to suggest design. Though they are very nice looking designs as well.
- Turquoise, browns, cedar, salmon, oranges, reds, etc.
- Antique house, architectural salvage, tools, etc. implied in the art work. Wood, old-fashioned wallpaper, skeleton keys, brick, and crown molding are some ideas.
- This is also a fall event, touches of an old-time fall festival would be nice.
Should not have
- We usually prefer to not use photos of people or places. Most flyers with photos look very "stock-photo" like and cheap. But, if you are extremely skilled with blending photos into an attractive event flyer then we're willing to take a look at all design options.
- I've attached some reference photos for ideas as well.
