Is absolutely necessary for the original file to be an illustration? can it be made with a non vector software like photoshop?

It can be photoshop. I have a preference for illustrator because I'm more familiar with it if I need to make little changes later. And for photoshop, in the end I would need a version with the text and another version without the text, so i can manipulate the text on my own if needed. Thx.

Hi. The TV image is there, but I did see that I forgot the Learn More button. That has been added. You should use the text I included in the brief. It isn't a title exactly, but more like a sentence. Thanks.
