Logo Design Brief

I have several businesses and wish to create a personal logo that reflects my last name (Seale) and my profession (dentist). The design will be a seal balancing a molar on its nose, as opposed to the traditional ball.

I would prefer the design to be modern and have included a general concept, but am open to other interpretations.
