Logo Design Brief

"FORM Design Collaborative" is an evolving architecture design/build firm comprised of architects, design professionals, artists, craftsmen, and builders based in the Philadelphia region of south eastern Pennsylvania. Founded in 2006, the collaborative aspires to create objects, spaces, structures and environments for living, work and play. We are seeking design inspiration for a stylisticly minimalist and contemporary logo to compliment and re-affirm the diversity of our design approach and professional services. The logo and/or typography should be visually clean and simple with some level of abstraction and a splash of vibrant color. Reference the attached logo designs for design inspiration.

• simple, sleek, contemporary, minimalist design (legible)
• some level of abstraction/symbolism and stylist articulation
• should be readily reproducible in both color and black and white/grayscale

Nice to have

• simple linework
• non-static (visually dynamic)
• horizontal format (rectilinear or square)
• figure-ground perceptual organization
• open to designs that incorporate acronym, full name "FORM Design Collaborative" and/or abstract logo with or without text

Should not have

• logo should not include any specific design/graphical real world references such as outlines of buildings, landscaping, tools, characters etc.
