a new firm to design, build and develop affordable eco-friendly homes sized under 100 m2 or 1000 sf. target areas are urban for year round living and applications for vacation homes as well as student and/or migrant and temporary housing. small footprints but smart use of space and materials. costs are reduced by application of pre-fab manufacturing. initial area of deployment is western Europe. possible larger contracts may be considered with local governments and universities. prototypes are currently under development.
