T-shirt Design Brief

A friend of mine showed me this picture and I knew when I saw it I had to have it for my t-shirt company, Rebel Armor. I am attaching the image so you can have an idea what I have in mind but feel free to use your creative talents! I want an Eagle with a banner in its claws where I can put in my own text. I want an American Flag and Gadsen Flag incorporated into the design for the t-shirt.
