About the business
The website is for a professional labor hire services business.
The business is responsible for recruiting temporary,casual and full time workers for all sectors including building industry, general office administrators, factory workers etc...

About the design work required
We have purchased a template located at http://livedemo00.template-help.com/wordpress_33790 and would like a designer to add some further creativity to the design.
We would like to use this design as our base for this project. We can provide the full PSD in order for you to use as a based for the design.

In general the design looks good but the client is not 100% happy with it. The client did like the look and feel (especially the footer) but was not happy with the masthead and slider. We would like to see some variations of the header - the current one looks too simple and too much like a "template".

Things we like about the design
- Footer looks good.
- General look and feel is clean and simple - which is what we want.

Things we do not like about the design
- Do not like the header. The top area that contains the logo and navigation looks too simple and boring. The height of the logo and navigation seems too small and dull.
- Do not like the the slider look. We need a slider that is the full width of the content like cenagage.edu.au and eleven2.com

Please use sample images for the slider and we can add some further images at a later point.
- Colour does not match the logo - we need it to match the colour of the logo

Requirements

Must have

• - The design must look modern and professional.
  - An image slider is a must have.
  - Website colours must match the blue and white as per the logo.
  - A right panel that displays get a quote form (form includes firstname, lastname, email, phone, message) and / or testimonials is required.
  - Site should be 100% width. Main content to be about 920px - see PSD for exact dimensions.
  - Footer should be 4 columns to include testimonials, services, page and either a contact us form or search form - as per the current PSD.

Should not have

• - We DO NOT required a new website design - we have a based PSD design and would like to improve it and add some further creativity to the existing design.
  - Do not use bland or old designs. We need something modern and professional.
  - We do not want a template feel to the design. We want some customization.
  - NO HTML/CSS is required. Just an PSD file.
