Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new Restaurant/Brewery. The food is described as Farm to Fork. We brew our beer on the premises. We are simple but fun. Owner has a big personality and is very animated. Lips need to be incorporated in the logo somehow, preferably red for the main logo. The lips will change colors based on some of the seasonal beer types. Example: Pumpkin Spice Beer (a seasonal flavor) the lips will be orange. Blueberry flavored beer will have blue lips and so on. "AAH" needs to be incorporated in the wording. Leaning toward caricature design but open to suggestions.
