Cromer where the fish and chip shop with restaurant and ice cream parlor is situated in on the sea front over looking the North sea and the pier, housing a very good theater and amusements. Cromer is a holiday destination for families on budgets , along with tour groups , however Cromer is fast becoming a sort after area on the North Norfolk coast and is moving towards a high end of customers. The beach in front of the building is fine sand and during the summer is filled with holiday makers eating fish and chips and ice cream. We need to draw these people in. Our menu will be very simple, however exceptional good quality. The chef has a Michelin star putting him in the category of the top 100 chefs in Great Britain known more for expensive high end produce, we need a logo that covers his ability with affordability. Children will be welcome, there meals will be served in a plastic sand castle bucket. We need it to be fun ! We will be open 7 days a week, lunch till dinner serving wines, beers, and soft drinks. Cromer is famous for crabs, mussels and fresh fish which will be on the menu during the season. The logo will need to be on menus, boxes for the take away food, plastic sand buckets, tea shirts , aprons and on our web page. Internal decoration will be banquet seating, in blues and natural colors representing the area.
