Logo Design Brief

The Loft is a live performance theatre, high-end lounge, and restaurant. It is located upstairs in a loft area of the Heavenly Village in South Lake Tahoe, California. The theatre is 108 seats, stadium-style. The lounge will feature overstuffed couches, high-end furnishings, two fireplaces, chill music (DJ's and live music). The restaurant will have a full menu of delicious Italian offerings. The decor is upscale with reclaimed rustic wood, mountain-style interior. Very "Tahoe".

Target Market(s)

The theatre will feature a full-time magic show suitable for all ages. Although we are family-friendly, The Loft will cater to a sophisticated, affluent crowd.
