Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for an electrical and communications business. It needs to be plain, simple but memorable and professional. We aren't looking for anything busy and we want it to look like a 'serious' company logo. One that would be of a company that did large scale electrical commercial work as apposed to an electrician that does light bulbs for regular households.
