Business Card Design Brief

We are a veterinary clinic in Ft. Worth, Texas. We get A LOT of our new clients from referrals. We would like to augment this business by setting up a referral card system to a) increase the number of new clients coming in b) track where the new clients came from and c) provide a "thank you" incentive to the person who did the referring.
We will distribute these cards to our current clientele and ask them to give them to their friends, family, etc.
