Logo Design Brief

We have launched a line called Southern Authority and now looking to launch a new line in Ireland called Irish Authority. You can view the southern authority website at www.southernauthority.com to see the look and feel of what we want and also what the booksacks look like. This website will all be tweaked to represent Ireland instead of South Louisiana. I need a logo to represent the irish but no four leaf clovers corny stuff. I also would like to have a symbol like southern authority has the pelican to represent the brand as well but in the logo
