Logo Design Brief

We are a Los Angeles based real estate agency specializing in providing service to estates. Besides selling property, we help administrators, attorneys, and anyone who is left with an estate. We help with personal property and real estate and their disposition.

We are going to use this logo as a launching point for our branded print material and website. We want to look polished, professional and speak out to the Los Angeles uniqueness of real estate. Most properties we sell are in the higher price points compared to the rest of the US and they can be in perfect condition, or total fixers.

The logo can be Los Angeles Estate Solutions, or LA Estate Solutions. There are plenty of LA images and references for typography but please stay away from the LA Dodgers image. It should not resemble that at all.

We will need eps files for print and website production.
