T-shirt Design Brief

We need a t-shirt designed for a Back To School carnival sponsored by our organization.
This event is a back to school carnival for children with special needs (autism, CP, Downs Syndrome, physical challenges) and their friends and family. It caps off a series of events hosted over the summer designed to promote Full Inclusion (events where every child is welcome and included, regardless of their challenges).
The event itself will be themed around Back to School - we are having a school supply drive, activities to decorate supplies, decor will include books and supplies, a Mad Libs activity where kids can predict what will happen the next school year - and a banner that will say something like "What will your next chapter be?.
The biggest message is a positive celebration to kick off the school year and continue to promote the message of Full Inclusion.
Would somehow like to brand our organization in the design as well. Either by name (Johnson Center for Child Health and Development) or logo (attached) or both.
