It's really sad to see someone expecting such a lot of work for such a small remuneration, also everyone that enters will have to put hours of work in with no guarantee. It's actually exploiting designers for their skills. It would have been more fair if everyone could do one letter and from that you choose your designer. If it worked like that I would be more willing to enter, but this is actually a rip off. I get spammed by Designcrowd all the time, but it is projects like this that make me not want to contribute anything at all. Please try and be more respectful of other people's time and be more aware of what you are actually asking for.
