Logo Design Brief

Orofacial pain and oral medicine: including: facial pain, mouth pain, tooth pain, headaches, jaw pain, TMJ. I would like a heavy black outline of a woman holding one side of her face like the picture below. I want NO color except the pink shading on her cheek indicating pain. I would like the pink to extend from the mouth area to the temple area. I like the facial features in the picture with strong eyebrows and features similar to Audrey Hepburn, but not exact. The woman should look like she is in slight pain in the face area.
