Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a small animal veterinary hospital - Acton Animal Hospital - that will be coming under new ownership. We are seeking a professional looking logo that can be used on our sign, stationary, business cards, and possibly staff uniforms. Our patients are primarily dogs and cats, although we also see small mammals such as rabbits and ferrets, and we would possibly like to incorporate that into the design. Please no cartoon-like designs - we are trying to portray an upscale professional image that fits with our goal of providing high-quality veterinary care. Our preferred color palate is in the neutrals and warm tones.

To give you an idea of how we want to be portrayed, our mission statement is as follows:
Acton Animal Hospital respects the human-pet relationship and its importance to your family. All members of our practice pledge to educate our clients, helping each client understand all aspects of pet health and preventative care, emphasizing the highest possible quality of life. We promise to provide exceptional medicine and an effective treatment plan outlining the care of your well, sick, or injured pet. We vow to treat each pet not only with the best medicine, but with love and respect, to provide a state-of-the-art clinic that is clean and well-maintained, and to ensure your pet's safety while in our care.
