How long will you extend this project? Until you got some many concepts that you will be able to design the next 1000 Shows. All that for 160$. I am used to be copied, but this is a new trick to get creativity and work for free.
My suggestion increase the amount to 800 $ and define more your needs. Name the shows, locations and marketing goals that you want to achieve.

Have already informed our email id for you to submit any sample designs done by you. how will we know by spending 800 we would get something creative from you? Better send something you had created for $800 and then we can think of increasing the budget.
