Logo Design Brief

Design logo for new blog/business called "Corporate Undertaker". The business/blog is an off-shoot from a book being written called "Corporate Undertaker: Business Lessons from the Dead and Dying". I am a Crisis Manager. I have spent more than 20 years helping small and middle-market companies ($5-$500Million) deal with crisis, avoid bankruptcy...and avoid corporate death. Corporate Undertaker will be a portal for giving advice to companies and people in the worst of situations, talking about all of those uncomfortable things people don't want to talk about. My business will talk about the stark and ugly but also give specific as how to overcome trouble and improve business. The name is dark...because the world can be dark...but my intention is not to kill businesses...it's to warn them that death is coming if they don't take the right actions. This is not a public relations management firm; it's an actual business management firm. I've managed more than 7,500 employees at different companies and I've advised on more than 75,000 employees globally. My intent is to try to save jobs and make corporations better. I'm not looking for a logo with the Grim Reaper (too easy, too obvious). Nor, am I looking for a SuperMan derivative. I'm looking for something more creative. Logo can say either "Corporate Undertaker" or "The Corporate Undertaker"

• something that shows duality, like yin yang symbol...but for profit and loss, heaven and hell, life and death, joy and struggle. Maybe something that is green on top (like money or grass) and red underneath (like financial loss or hell). In the red, in the black. Just some ideas to consider
