Logo Design Brief
We specialize in leadership and talent development through three key offerings: Executive Coaching, Leadership and Management Development Programs, and Training for all levels of almost any organization. At Alloy, we inspire leaders through customized talent development initiatives, executive coaching, and training for all levels of the organization. We selected the name Alloy for our business because the word is both a verb and a noun, meaning bringing or alloying two elements together and fusing them into the resulting product or alloy -- a substance of even greater strength and resistance to corrosion. We uniquely meld nearly 20 years of counseling experience and expertise in relationships and human nature with an entrepreneurial background and solid business knowledge to create solutions that strengthen both the business/financial and human/interpersonal dynamics of any organization. When a company gets both sides of this right, there's no telling how strong and successful they can be -- and that's what we're here for.We also selected the name because you get to the word "loyal" from "alloy" with a shift of just two letters. We have found that the role of loyalty in the success of any organization can't be overstated -- loyal employees, loyal teams and team leaders, loyal customers, to name a few.Our vision for the logo includes a vibrant or metallic cobalt blue color -- a nod to the concept of loyalty and "true blue," and also for cobalt's use as a metal in the preparation of high-strength alloys. Our domain name is alloystrong.com, and strength is a key focus in why we do what we do.
