I like several of the designs submitted, but there is not really a symbol that jumps out at me. What I am really looking for is a symbol to go with the company name. I have uploaded two pictures after more research. A new thought is to use the illuminated open box as a symbol of innovation (thinking outside the box), or the light bulb with the illuminated open box surrounded by closed boxes as the scenery within the light bulb.

Ok, I think we are getting closer. Don't laugh at my art work, but I have attached a rough sketch of what we have narrowed it down to. The open box in the middle with the surrounding closed boxes should be very similar to the attached picture. The idea is to represent innovative outside the box thinking, and it should be illuminated just like the picture.
My sketch is of an oval instead of a circle with "Innovations" at the top, and "Crafts & Earthworks" on the bottom. The "I" "C" "&" "E" in the company name will need to be illuminated similar to the open box and slightly larger than the other letters. There should be a few closed and darker boxes around the illuminated box to represent what the company is breaking away from. The color scheme in the attached picture (not my drawing) is perfect. Don't use the colors in my drawing - those were just the only colors I had to draw with.
