Marketing channel: Flyer will be used for email and postal mailshots. We have not targeted this particular segment of the market before, so we need it to be eye catching, clearly messaged and encourage the recipient to get in touch.

- Our contact number etc must be clearly visible, and that we do EPCs
- Must state: What is an EPC? An EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) gives a property an energy efficiency rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) and is valid for 10 years. An EPC can also provide recommendations on home improvement measures which once complete can improve the energy efficiency of the property.
- Who needs and EPC? All landlords and home owners, as all properties available to buy or rent require a valid and current EPC.
