Actally im looking for somthing kinda inbetween the two if that makes sense. A realistic cartoon image is what I have in mind.

Ok I think I know where I am heading with this, I will submit a quick concept shortly, if you could let me know whether I am heading along the right tracks that would be great!

Hi warren, sorry for not responding. I've been really busy on this end. Your headed in the right direction. Of course the real one will have a lot more realisim and detail. The only thing wrong with it is the rows of men are wrong. And thats my fault. They are suppost to be in columns not rows. Sorry about that.
