Logo Design Brief

A new technology company based in California, needs a simple but catchy logo that captures the mission of the company: "Our mission is to connect the world’s billion+ technology users and developers, while empowering everyone to make this a much better world to live in." We're envisioning a text or image based logo (like LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter). The design background should be blue (same blue #004d9f as the Zappbuddy.com website header), and a white text or image. We're launching the BETA version on the 4th of July, so hopefully we find a great design before then!

Requirements

Must have

• The background should be blue (same blue #004d9f as the Zappbuddy.com website header), and a white text or image (it should either be a single text Z, double text zB or zb, or a cool image). Most importantly, it should look great in a favicon square and be absolutely inspiring!

Nice to have

• If you choose the logo option, it would be nice if it conveys the company mission: "Our mission is to connect the world’s billion+ technology users and developers, while empowering everyone to make this a much better world to live in."

Should not have

• We're going for a simple, clean, and catchy logo that stands-out. It must be memorable. So, no multiple texts or a "busy" image, please.
