We are flexible on the colours and would like to incorporate grey possibly. Blue is the first preference, but show us what you can do.

Keep in mind that we are building residential homes, not commercial buildings. Use your design skill to stand out from the rest.

Nearly every design has included a House symbol. Try to come up with something different. Don't be afraid to leave out the symbol all together and keep is mostly text.
