Can you give a brief what you actually want in Home page design i.e What are the navigation or what are the elements to show off in the Home page just because in the attached pdf and doc have more content. Please clarify.
And I am really want to do this job. :)

The web site should begin with the home page. In the document, you''ll see the Introduction section with sevaral images and slogans. I would like to see those as banners on the home page that change with a consistent theme (look and feel). Everything else in the introduction section should go below the banner.

There should be the following other links on the site that correspond to the various headings in the document:
- HOME
- PLATFORM
- SERVICES
- BLOG
- ABOUT US

Each page should use the content from the document that goes with it and should have some additional images if possible that highlight the content somehow.
