Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a general logo for website/clothing that is similar to our current real estate sign (image attached). "Moving Forward" to buyers and sellers means that the buyer is moving forward into their new home and the seller is moving forward into the next step in their life. The blue arrow on the sign represents buyer moving in to a home and the seller moving out of the home. Our current colors used are black, blue, and white.
