Logo Design Brief
I need a logo for my canine photography business. I take naturalistic portraits of dogs for individual clients, non-profits and businesses. I would like to use the logo as a general logo for my company, but also as a watermark to be put on photos that are displayed on the internet and in print. Thus, the logo needs to read at all sizes. The final design should communicate the naturalistic nature of the work that I do, as well as the subject matter: dogs. I have included some of the photographic work that I do, as well as a few logos that I like. As you can see from the examples provided, I really like retro/letterpress/block print looking logos with simplified unique shapes. You can find more of my work at www.AustinDogPhotos.com
Updates
Hi everyone! Thanks for all the submissions! To add some more clarity to the project: a text element is not required and unless the text element is incredibly creative, won't factor into my decision. What i really need is an original logo of a dog, so I'm really only considering submissions where great care and a decent amount of time has been put into the dog logo aspect of the design. Please do refer to the sample logos i provided. Thanks!

Requirements
Must have
- The logo must incorporate a dog in some way. My photos a particularly focused and the eyes and body language of dogs, so I would like one of those elements incorporated. The primary goal of this project is to have an original logo, that is one that is not clip art and is unique.
Nice to have
- I prefer serious looking designs as opposed to the goofier looking designs that a lot of dog based business have.
Should not have
- Should not be generic. Designs that are heavily reliant on clip art will not be considered.
