Logo Design Brief

Need a logo design that fits the legal industry with a marketing focus. I welcome all creative ideas, but have a vision of the name "Dawe & Gardner" or "Gardner & Dawe" as the prominent words with "Legal Marketing" underneath.

JUST A THOUGHT, NOT NECESSARY!!! - The justice scales being a part of the design, and heavily weighted to one side by an anchor. See attached for example of what "justice scales" and "anchor" look like. The tagline of "Anchor Your Firm" can be included if it works visually... Might be too busy and not a requirement.
