Business Card Design Brief

I need a business card design for my new business 'Island Property Solutions'. The business will involve house purchases, land development sites, renovation projects, sub-divisions etc. I will be buying property from motivated vendors and working with property investors. I will deal with a wide range of people working in the residential property market including real estate agents, councils, tradespeople, banks, home owners, etc.

I would like something simple, not flashy, but a little bit unique. The colours should be in line with my logo. The business card needs to be professional. I would like something memorable, but not 'busy' or too bright. Not boring. Modern ok.
