Logo Design Brief

We have a high school logo that we would like to update to so that it can be used for our 20th anniversary year. We would like it to feel fun and exciting.

Our school's name is Ma'ayanot, which means well-springs - think knowledge as water, lots of energy. I've uploaded our school logo, which has the English word Ma'ayanot on top, and ma'ayanot written in Hebrew on the bottom, with a wave (water theme) running through it. I want to keep this basic design but update it to show we are celebrating our 20th year.

Things you should know about our school: we are an all-girls school; we are about empowering our students to believe anything is possible - all paths (i.e., tributaries) are open to them; . Our sports teams are call Rapids. I'm uploading a Rapids logo so that you can see the water theme in that as well.

I'm not sure if this is relevant, but our school is a dual curriculum school in which students study both Judaic and secular studies at a high level. If necessary you can read more about us at www.maayanot.org

I've uploaded a few versions of our logo. Sometimes we use a two color version, sometimes it is all one color (e.g., all green). I'd like to have that flexibility with the 20th anniversary logo as well.

• Our school color is dark green. Sometimes we use other greens as well. I was told by customer service that the logo will be submitted as an illustrator file and as a jpeg which will allow us to use different greens for different purposes.
