Logo Design Brief

We need our logo redesigned for a Construction company based in Melbourne, Australia. Specialising in residential homes, townhouses, and selected renovations. We need a logo that feels simple yet luxury and quality. The logo letter should be "D" with Dawlatzai beneath it, and Construction under that, we want the logo to be recognisable with our company even without seeing or having the Dawlatzai Construction wording in some instances. We want the use of Royal Blue colour, but we are open to recommendations regarding the colour, an option of several other coloured backgrounds would be great. Attached are a selection of logos that we would like our logo to resemble. The rest i will leave to you, the professionals.
