Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for our business called "appointmanager".

We develop and sell an accounting/administration software product (also called "appointmanager") for small businesses where running classes or appointments is central to their income. For example, dance or music studios.

We want the logo to be generic and NOT include dance or music related themes such as silhouettes of dancers as the application is applicable to more than just dance studios.

We currently have a logo that was designed in-house which can be seen at www.appointmanager.com.au . We do not want to restrict the design to the current one though as we will be changing our website to something like: http://ironsummitmedia.github.io/startbootstrap-creative/ or http://ironsummitmedia.github.io/startbootstrap-landing-page/

We would also like something that includes a symbol that we can easily use as an icon for the software itself (as our current one does - i.e. the (am) on our current website logo).
