Hi Designers!

Here’s a fun and creative contest we’d like you to get involved in.

Imagine what it would be like if company/organization logos or country flags were designed to accurately portray the behaviour and values of that organization or country. In a nutshell, what would it look like if logos were honest?

DesignCrowd would like you to do just that, by taking well-known logos of companies and organisational bodies, or flags from countries around the world, and re-creating them based on their real life behaviour.

Here are some examples to get you started:

FIFA logo - could reflect the recent corrpution scandal in the media
Shell, BP, Exxon - recreate the logos of some of the worlds biggest oil companies to represent the damage they do to the environment
H&M, Nike, Walmart, The Gap and other fashion outlets who have been involved with sweatshop scandals
Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, KFC - fast food outlets who have a significant impact on obesity
Microsoft - to reflect the charity and philanthropic endeavours undertaken by Bill Gates and his wife
Ireland’s flag - altered to represent tolerance and equality, with the country legalizing gay marriage
North Korea - secretive and isolated from the wider world
Sony Pictures - photoshopped to align with the recent hacking scandal
Denmark flag - they are the leaders in the fight against climate change and plan to have 100% renewable energy by 2050
Switzerland - named the happiest country in the 2015 World Happiness Report

We are looking for out of the box designs and creative thinking. Submissions that show originality and a strong technical execution will be rewarded.
