Logo Design Brief
We are a small investment company called Intentional Capital. We are moving millions from the richest families to worthy causes - like clean energy innovation, early childhood education, cancer cures, to name a few - in the form of investments rather than grants. "Impact Investing" is the next generation of philanthropy that uses traditional business and investment structures to drive social, environmental and governmental change. Our clients are investors who want to vote with their dollars, stop supporting the 'bad actors' and place their investments in a way that really has a material impact on the causes they care about. In short, we find investments that not only align with our client's stated values but also enable our client's to take an active role in making positive change. The most common causes are environment, education and social justice (women/girls, impoverished).
Blue and green are great colors for investing and the environment. Hot colors, especially red, are bad.
Images/ideas that could really work are those that imply: globalness, interconnectivity, thoughtfulness/mindfulness/intention, triple-bottom-line, catalytic, positive change
It cant be too bleeding-heart, must still appeal or stray not too far from a conservative financial services image while invoking the primary notion of accomplishing a greater good.
Target Market(s)
Kind-hearted people who just happened to have inherited or earned a ton of money and want to change the world with it.
